Your access to and use of SKINS24 (www.skins24.co.uk) is conditional upon your agreement to these Terms of Service. SKINS24 operates as a digital marketplace specialising in Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) cosmetic items and is managed by RM VENDRO LTD, incorporated in England and Wales (Company No. 17013880), headquartered at 5 Effie Road, 25 Effie Road, London, SW6 1EL, United Kingdom. Should you disagree with any provision herein, you are required to discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These terms form a legally enforceable contract between you and SKINS24. We retain the right to amend these terms at our discretion. Your ongoing use of the platform after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

Use of SKINS24 is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you satisfy this minimum age requirement and that you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract.

A valid Steam account in good standing is required. Accounts subject to VAC bans, trade restrictions, or other limitations imposed by Valve may not be eligible to access all platform functionality.

Authentication on SKINS24 is handled through Steam OAuth. By signing in, you grant us permission to retrieve your publicly available Steam profile data, including your Steam ID, display name, and avatar image. You bear full responsibility for safeguarding your Steam credentials and for all actions taken under your SKINS24 account.

Sharing login details, operating multiple accounts, or accessing another individual's account is strictly prohibited. SKINS24 may suspend or permanently close any account found in breach of these rules.

SKINS24 serves as a platform for purchasing CS2 cosmetic items. Listings are sourced via the BitSkins API, which supplies real-time market information, pricing data, and stock availability. All prices are quoted in Euros and incorporate applicable platform fees.

We function as an intermediary that facilitates transactions between buyers and the BitSkins marketplace. Although we make every effort to ensure listing accuracy, availability and pricing are driven by live market conditions and may fluctuate without prior notice.

Following successful payment, items are delivered through Steam trade offers. You must keep a valid Steam Trade URL on file and verify that your account is able to receive incoming trade offers.

All transactions on SKINS24 are denominated and settled in Euros. Payments are handled by our PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment partner. We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, along with digital wallet options such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

The prices shown on our platform are inclusive of our service fee and are final at the point of purchase. SKINS24 does not store, process, or retain your full payment card information at any time — all sensitive payment data is managed exclusively by our certified payment processor in accordance with PCI DSS standards.

Every purchase is subject to payment verification and fraud screening procedures. SKINS24 reserves the right to void any transaction where fraudulent activity is suspected.

Every item available on SKINS24 is a digital CS2 cosmetic asset. These items carry no intrinsic monetary value outside the Steam ecosystem and remain subject to Valve's terms of service. Rights to digital items are governed by Valve's subscriber agreement.

Delivery is considered complete once the Steam trade offer has been successfully accepted. SKINS24 cannot be held liable for delays arising from Steam service disruptions, trade holds, or account-level restrictions on your Steam profile.

The following activities are expressly forbidden: using the platform to facilitate money laundering or any other unlawful purpose; attempting to exploit, breach, or reverse-engineer any platform component; registering deceptive or misleading accounts; filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes; bypassing security controls or access restrictions; deploying automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without prior written consent; and engaging in conduct that interferes with or degrades platform operations.

Any breach of these prohibitions may lead to immediate account suspension, a permanent ban from the platform, and — where warranted — referral to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

All material published on SKINS24, including but not limited to website design, logos, written content, visual assets, and underlying software, belongs to SKINS24 or its respective licensors and is safeguarded by applicable intellectual property legislation. CS2 item imagery and nomenclature are the property of Valve Corporation.

Reproduction, distribution, alteration, or creation of derivative works from any platform content without our express written permission is prohibited.

SKINS24 is made available on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, we exclude all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, suitability for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Under no circumstances shall SKINS24 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or virtual items. Our aggregate liability for any individual claim shall not exceed the sum you paid for the specific transaction from which the claim arises.

We accept no responsibility for changes in item market values, disruptions to Steam services, or actions by Valve that may impact your items or account.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SKINS24 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of your use of the platform, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

These terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the relevant member state in which SKINS24 is established. Any disputes arising under these terms or in connection with your use of the platform shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

For consumers within the EU, nothing in these terms diminishes your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation. You may also access the European Online Dispute Resolution portal at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

SKINS24 may suspend or revoke your platform access at any time, with or without reason, and with or without advance notice. Upon termination, your authorisation to use the platform is immediately revoked. Any outstanding transactions may be completed or cancelled at our sole discretion.

You may request account closure at any time by reaching out to our support team. Closing your account does not discharge any obligations that accrued prior to the date of termination.

Should any provision of these terms be deemed unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified or removed to the minimum extent required, and all remaining provisions shall continue to apply in full.
