Terms of Service

By accessing or using SKINS24 (www.skins24.co.uk), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. SKINS24 is a digital marketplace for Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) cosmetic items, operated by RM VENDRO LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17013880), with its registered office at 5 Effie Road, 25 Effie Road, London, SW6 1EL, United Kingdom. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SKINS24. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use SKINS24. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

You must possess a valid Steam account in good standing. Accounts that are VAC-banned, trade-banned, or otherwise restricted by Valve may be ineligible for certain platform features.

SKINS24 uses Steam OAuth for authentication. By signing in, you authorise us to access your public Steam profile information, including your Steam ID, display name, and avatar. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Steam account and any activity that occurs through your SKINS24 account.

You agree not to share your account credentials, create multiple accounts, or use another person's account. SKINS24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these provisions.

SKINS24 provides a platform for buying CS2 cosmetic items. Item listings are sourced through the BitSkins API, which provides real-time market data, pricing, and inventory availability. All prices are displayed in Euros and include any applicable platform fees.

We act as an intermediary facilitating transactions between buyers and the BitSkins marketplace. While we strive to ensure accuracy of listings, item availability and pricing are subject to real-time market conditions and may change without notice.

Upon successful payment, item delivery is processed through Steam trade offers. You must maintain a valid Steam Trade URL and ensure your account is eligible to receive trade offers.

All transactions are processed in Euros through EcommPay, our authorised payment processor. We accept major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard, as well as digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Prices displayed on the platform include our service markup. All prices are final at the time of purchase. SKINS24 does not store your payment card details; all payment data is handled directly by EcommPay in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

You agree that all purchases are subject to payment verification and fraud screening. SKINS24 reserves the right to cancel any transaction where fraud is suspected.

All items sold on SKINS24 are digital CS2 cosmetic items. These items have no inherent monetary value outside the Steam ecosystem and are subject to Valve's terms of service. Ownership of digital items is governed by Valve's subscriber agreement.

Item delivery is completed when the Steam trade offer is successfully accepted. SKINS24 is not responsible for delays caused by Steam service outages, trade holds, or restrictions on your Steam account.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities: using the platform for money laundering or other illegal purposes; attempting to exploit, hack, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform; creating false or misleading accounts; initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes; circumventing security measures or access controls; using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform without authorisation; or engaging in any activity that disrupts the platform or its services.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

All content on SKINS24, including but not limited to the website design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of SKINS24 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. CS2 item images and names are the property of Valve Corporation.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written consent.

SKINS24 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

SKINS24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or digital items. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for fluctuations in item values, Steam service interruptions, or actions taken by Valve that may affect your items or account.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SKINS24, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state in which SKINS24 operates. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

For EU consumers, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation. You may also be entitled to use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

SKINS24 may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Any pending transactions may be completed or cancelled at our discretion.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to termination.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
