1. Overview
This policy covers the items surfaced for sale on the SKINS24 marketplace. Every listing is sourced live from the BitSkins API, which feeds us real-time inventory, pricing, and metadata. The sections below describe the standards and expectations that apply to all listings.
2. Eligible Items
Only authentic Counter-Strike 2 (CS2) cosmetic items are allowed on SKINS24 — weapon skins, knives, gloves, stickers, cases, keys, and other tradable in-game assets. To be eligible, an item must be legitimate, tradable, and free of any Steam trade restriction or hold at the time of listing.
We do not allow: items obtained through exploits, duplication, or fraud; items belonging to VAC-banned or trade-banned accounts; items under Steam Support investigation; non-CS2 items; Steam Wallet funds, gift cards, or account credentials.
3. Listing Accuracy
Listing data — item name, wear, rarity, and attributes such as StatTrak or Souvenir — is pulled straight from the BitSkins API and Steam. Images come from the Steam Community Market so that what you see matches the item on offer.
We do our best to keep listings accurate. Because data comes from a third-party marketplace, occasional discrepancies can still happen. If an item you receive doesn't match the listing, contact support right away.
4. Pricing
Prices are based on live market data from BitSkins with a transparent service markup added on top. Figures are displayed in Euros and already include the platform fee — the total at checkout is what you pay.
Market conditions move, so prices may shift between the moment you view an item and the moment you pay. Your price is locked once you proceed to payment.
5. Item Availability
All listings reflect real-time availability. Because listings come from a live marketplace, another buyer can purchase an item at any moment. If an item becomes unavailable after you start a checkout, the order is cancelled and a full refund is issued automatically.
We do not guarantee the availability of any specific item. A listing is not a binding offer to sell.
6. Item Verification
Items are validated through the BitSkins API and Steam's item verification systems. Each item has a unique asset ID and is checked for authenticity. Float values, pattern indices, and sticker placements are shown where available so buyers see the full picture.
SKINS24 does not hold or custody items. They remain in the seller's Steam inventory on BitSkins until a purchase completes and a trade offer is sent.
7. Prohibited Practices
The following activities are not allowed on SKINS24: trying to list items through anything other than the authorised BitSkins integration; manipulating item prices or market data; running bots or automation that disrupts normal marketplace operations; wash trading or any form of artificial market activity; and soliciting off-platform deals to sidestep our systems.
Violations may result in suspension or a permanent ban.
8. Intellectual Property
CS2 item names, artwork, and related IP belong to Valve Corporation. SKINS24 displays this content under fair use for the purpose of enabling marketplace transactions. Descriptive metadata comes from the Steam and BitSkins APIs.
9. Reporting Issues
If a listing looks fraudulent, inaccurate, or otherwise off, flag it to support@skins24.co.uk. We investigate every report promptly. Please include the item name, listing URL or ID, and a short description of the problem.
10. Policy Updates
This policy may change as our marketplace, integrations, or legal context evolves. Material changes are published on the site. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the revised policy.
